The small wedding ceremony that Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson
had at a "remote wilderness resort" just outside of Vancouver, Canada
last weekend was a precursor to the larger celebration the couple have
planned.
For the time being, the two wanted to tie the knot "with just family
and a few select friends" present. According to People, the guest list included less than 40
people at the Clayoquot Wilderness Resort, where fishing for halibut
and salmon was enjoyed by all.

Actors Ryan Reynolds, 31, and Scarlett Johansson, 23, tied the knot over the weekend in a quiet ceremony outside of Vancouver in the groom's native Canada. Reynolds' rep confirmed to E! News that the couple did marry, but no other details were provided.
The pair began dating in February 2007 and announced their engagement just four months ago. This is the first marriage for both.
