Sources have revealed that the 23-year-old has signed manager Chris Lighty, with high profile client list such as 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes and Missy Elliott, to help her in her pursuit of a music career.
Dupre, who moved to New York City at the age of 19 to get her chords heard, had apparently swayed from her dreams to other career choices, reports the New York Post.
She had been dubbed as an ‘informant’ during the Eliot Spitzer prostitution scandal which saw the politician patronising a prostitut
Ashley Dupré Hooks up with Chris Lighty
Ashley Alexandra Dupré, the ex-prostitute who shot to national spotlight after blowing Eliot Spitzer, is now looking to extend her 15 minutes of fame by whoring herself out to the music biz.

I think this song is pretty disrespectful if you ask me. Not the fact that it's called Arab Money but the fact they jive clowning the Arabic language in the hook. That's me though. Anyway here's the remix!!

Elsewhere: Palin's Email, Silver's Warning, Blaming Spitzer
Sheldon Silver said of the Wall Street crisis, "It will affect our ability as a state to fund essential infrastructure projects, schools, and our higher education system.” He also expressed willingness to call the Assembly back to Albany.
In "certain circles," according to Liz, Eliot Spitzer is being blamed for Wall Street's woes.
Jim Wyne, who lost the Staten Island Republican Congressional primary with about 40 percent of the vote, is going to run as a write-in.

Eliot Spitzer To Lecture Everyone Again [Books]
New York magazine broke news of a new gig for Silda Wall Spitzer, wife of the disgraced, whoring former governor: The former corporate attorney will try and "recruit new investors" (good luck with that) for a hedge fund run by some of her husband's old friends. It's a living, and is already helping her look less victim-y and dependent. Less wisely, Silda's husband is thinking about writing a book. Not one that grapples with the hooker thing and maybe clears the air, allowing him to walk past construction si
Leibovitz Shock: Miley Photog to Shoot One-Year-Old! [Scandal]
Terrible celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz has been documenting the development of the innocent young New York Times Building, and tomorrow she is going to drape it in a sexy sheet and photograph it. So watch out! She's going to do this in a helicopter, flying well below standard FAA restrictions, and then she'll shoot some wolves. They had to write a letter to the neighbors apologizing in advance for having a famous controversial celebrity photographer hanging around in a helicopter all day while they
Okay So I’m a Little Obsessed with This Whole Thing About Sarah Palin’s Pregnant Teen Daughter
There are very few things that can get me genuinely interested in anything political. In fact, I had previously believed that there was nothing that could get me genuinely interested in anything political. This year, however, has proven me wrong. There are two things, at last count, that can get me genuinely interested in politics: hookers and teen pregnancies.
Since the Eliot Spitzer scandal has died down, I am now thoroughly obsessed with Sarah Palin’s 16-year-old daughter, Bristol, and the child

Who Still Laughs At Eliot Spitzer [Celebrity Science]
For the most part, it would seem, Eliot Spitzer lives a remarkably palatable life, given that he was humiliated and forced to resign as New York governor just six months ago in a prostitution scandal. Spitzer's marriage is intact; he has plenty of well-paying work to do at his father's real estate firm; and he is able to run through Central Park and walk around the city because " he hasn’t gotten a lot of negative stuff out in public," an old friend told the Times. Spitzer has even received well-wishes fr
Morning Memo: Ashley Dupre Gets a Manager; Amy Winehouse Gets Serious; Thanksgiving With Madonna and Alex Rodriguez
Manager Chris Lighty, who has handeled 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes and Missy Elliot, has decided to get into the novelty act business by signing on to guide Ashley Dupre's musical career. [P6]
Alex Rodriguez split his Thanksgiving day between wife Cynthia's house in Miami (where his children live) and Madonna's house on nearby Star Island. Bonus: at some point, the pair met up with billionaire Jeff Soffer and Gwyneth Paltrow, who seems to have decided against spending the holiday with husband Chris Martin. [NYDN
There's Love for the Sun; Spitzer Calls Paper 'Spectacular'
The New York Sun published a story today that quoted ex-politicians and a few semi-retired journalists saying that it would be a terrible thing if the newspaper closed later this month. In his first public interview since resigning, Eliot Spitzer says, "The Sun has been a spectacular addition to the city's political discourse and is one of the finest papers in terms of editing, writing, and analysis that one can find anywhere." (The Sun was one of the few outlets sympathetic towards Mr. Spitze
